From the time Pete was a small child he was always fascinated with watching
his Grandmother make her famous family fudge. I remember as a little boy standing
on a stool next to Grandmas gas stove with a wooden paddle, wide eyed and paying
attention to every detail. I have always had a passion for making Grandmas fudge.
In the mid 1980’s I was laid off from working in the local steel mill;
a job in which my family had worked for generations. With the job outlook not
looking good I decided to do something that I enjoyed and was good at; making
fudge. I started out at markets and festivals. It did not take long for Grandmas’
secrete fudge recipe to take off. I started getting orders from all over. Before
I knew it I was shipping nationwide.

I loved going to the Gourmet Candy, Chocolates, and Gift Show. I would always
find something unique and fascinating there. There is one trip to the show that
I will never forget, the day I met my now wife Lisa. I must say she is both
unique and fascinating. Lisa comes from a family background of highly skilled
chocolatiers’, and confectionary bakers. Not only were we the perfect
match, but our love and knowledge for our trade complimented each other. We
were both taught that there is no substitute for quality; and it shows when
you taste our delicious products.

Our fudge recipe has been passed down with pride through generations. Our fudge
is cooked in copper kettles, stirred with large wooden paddles, and hand poured
to perfection. Each batch is cooked to order.

All of our chocolates, cookies and goodies are hand made using only the finest
ingredients. Our silky smooth chocolates are carefully hand dipped and packaged.

It has been a long time since I stood on that stool next to Grandma and her
old gas stove, and since Lisa meticulously hand dipped chocolates, and baked
with her Mother. Even though time has gone by we still create our product with
love and pride, using only the freshest and finest ingredients.
